My sister and I got together AGAIN, trying to plan it. I can't remember all the reasons why, but again, it never worked out. It was always in the back of my mind. I was determined to make it happen. But, the next thing I knew, I was pregnant... and far from being able to fit into my dress. My mom has since given up on that dream, but is eager to tell us how disappointed she is, whenever she gets the chance.
Fast forward to about two months ago... My good friend, Allison, contacted me about doing a bridal session with her sister, as a surprise for her mother. The first thing I said was "OH NO!! My Mom will be SO jealous." I immediately agreed, since I knew how special it would be.
As soon as I left the session, I called my Mom and said "Ok, so you're going to see a session pop up on my blog and I need you NOT to be mad at me. In fact, you may not even want to look at them, because I'm pretty sure they're going to torture you and I won't hear the end of it." Of course, she wanted to know what type of session it was.
As soon as I told her, she responded "I hate you."
I'm pretty sure she didn't mean it... but I'm also pretty sure this sneak peek is going to drive her into an angry, jealous rage. So, Mom, I'm sorry our pictures never worked out, but maybe there's hope for the future. You never know.
For now, try to sit back and enjoy the awesomeness of these photos without envy...
Again, I'm VERY SORRY.

We spotted this AWESOME tree at the very end of the session and decided to use it, in hopes of getting an "artsy" shot. I told them I wanted them to pose in a willowy, dark way. I LOVE how this came out. They ROCKED it!
